You will get to work preparing dishes according to the recipes and make sure they are presented neatly.
You prepare the correct mise en place.
You check the quality of products for shelf life and freshness.
You will ensure a clean and fresh kitchen and know how to apply HACCP guidelines.
You are part of a team.
You will participate in the development of menus.
Enter national cooking competitions and who knows, maybe your dish will make it onto the menu.

As an Independent Working Cook, you possess knowledge of the culinary field.
You are experienced with the preparation of dishes.
You love to learn and want to learn how to do it the Fletcher way.
You always go for the best result. Quality is important in your work.
Adapting to changing situations or performing under pressure is not a problem for you.
You're proactive in your approach to work, taking action instead of waiting for things to happen.

A gross monthly salary between €2420,- and €3000,- based on full-time employment.
25 vacation days.
